Therapy typically occurs weekly in the beginning so we can build rapport and work on your goals.
You will learn new skills, and when you reach your goals you will feel the difference.
I offer long-term therapy to sustain your progress.
I provide intensive sessions. Please reach out to see if this works for you.
Fees are due at every session, and late payments will incur a fee. I accept cash, checks, and Zelle.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. There will be a fee for not doing so.
There is a sliding scale fee for those who cannot afford the full cost.
I offer telehealth counseling, yes secure video sessions are available through Psychology Today's sessions.
Therapy includes non-judgmental dialogue along with various techniques and tools to guide you. This may include workbooks, homework, movies, and exercises in our work together.
